Step 2: You are now using the Dear Reader program.  Here you can sign up for online book clubs, get latest author buzz and find our Book News Newsletters.  Scroll down to the bottom to find Book News.

Step 3: After clicking on the Book News Newsletter icon, you will find different newsletters and lists of books you can subscribe to.  By selecting Children's Picture Books, you will find that the books featured this month have a Halloween theme.
